Alison Kreps

Alison is an Executive Producer on our long-running Railways franchise - including Great British Railway Journeys, Great Continental Railway Journeys and Great Coastal Railway Journeys.

In the line of work, Alison has travelled to Russia and Eastern Europe, Australia, India, Southeast Asia, Canada and the USA. There’s very little she doesn’t know about rail and has an endless list of lines, carriages and stations she would love future series to visit. South Korea being of particular interest.

Before joining Fremantle in 2013, she was Executive Producer and Series Editor at Endemol, working across Pet Rescue (Channel 4), Animal SOS (Animal Planet) and Babytales (Discovery Health). Alison also worked in news and current affairs on The London Programme, On the Record and Westminster with Nick Ross.

She has produced a raft of documentary and lifestyle feature series for BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 including Public Property, Saints and Scroungers, Holiday Hit Squad, Room for Improvement and Show Me the Monet.

Off duty, she is to be found deadheading her roses in the walled garden which she is endeavouring to restore.
