Naked concocts more The Unofficial Science of… for Sky

Sky Max has ordered two more 90-minute episodes of Naked’s popular action format The Unofficial Science of…, which has pairs of comedians test and recreate the stunts from famous films.

One of the specials will feature Chris Ramsey and Paul Chowdhry assessing the stunts of Die Hard, including escaping rooftops and walking over shattered glass, while trying to answer the question of whether the beloved classic is a Christmas film.

Meanwhile Greg James and Maisie Adam will take on Indiana Jones’ action scenes, learning how to dodge poison darts, outrun giant boulders and survive fireballs.

The comedians will analyse the stunts with engineer Zoe Laughlin, and Alex Brooker will return to explore the sets and meet iconic cast members to hear their favourite on-set memories.

Tom O’Brien, Naked’s managing director, said “It’s great to be back working with Sky on two more Unofficial Science specials. The unique mix of comedy, big stunts, seasonal cheer, and premium sheen make them a must-see spectacular. One that’s really blown up with the viewers.”
